Terms and Conditions
1. Driver Duty Hours
Driver duty time is generally 10 hours per day, usually from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Start and end times may be adjusted to suit the customer's schedule.
2. Travel Outside Dhaka
For travel outside Dhaka, the customer is responsible for applicable out-of-city allowances, road tolls, and parking charges.
3. Fuel Charges
The first 50 km per day is included. Excess mileage is charged according to the applicable vehicle rate and settled after use.
4. Additional Charges
Out-of-city allowances, driver accommodation, overtime, and other applicable charges are calculated and settled after the service.
5. Payment
After the service, we issue an invoice based on actual mileage, overtime, and usage. Payment is accepted by bank transfer in JPY to our Japanese corporate account. On-site BDT cash payments are generally not accepted. An additional receiving fee of ¥3,500 applies to international remittances.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to two days before the service date. After that deadline, one day's vehicle charge applies.
