Meet Your Driver
✈️ At the Airport
After collecting your luggage, head to the terminal exit. Your driver will be waiting with a "LION Rental Car" sign.
🏨 Daily Hotel Pickup
Your driver arrives at the hotel entrance and informs the front desk or doorman. Meet in the lobby or call the driver outside.

Payment After Use

After your rental, we calculate distance and overtime charges and send an invoice. Payment is made via bank transfer to our Japanese account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our drivers are experienced Bangladeshi nationals. Please give directions in English. Our Japanese staff can assist if you have any communication difficulties.
Yes, changes can be made at any time. Feel free to consult with us.
The first 50 km per day is free. Excess distance is charged per km (৳16–32/km depending on vehicle) and settled after use.
Yes. An expedition fee (৳500/day, ~¥650), tolls, and accommodation for the driver (৳1,000/night, ~¥1,300) may apply.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer in JPY to our Japanese corporate account. Because distance and overtime charges are settled after use, on-site BDT cash payments are generally not accepted.
Customers bear no liability for vehicle damage. However, personal injuries are not covered, so we recommend travel insurance.
Free cancellation up to 3 days before. After that, one day's vehicle fee applies.
